HISTORY
| The history of the Hotel started in 1967, when the first building, a hotel with the capacity of 56 beds, was built. Three years later, a bar, bowling point and a night club were added. In 1975, the reconstruction of the hotel enlarged its capacities from 56 to 150 beds. It became a B category hotel and a new cafe that can receive up to 550 guests was added. Already in those days, the Hotel represented the heart of social life in the Prekmurje Region and was known throughout Slovenia and beyond its borders. |
The Hotel always tried to keep pace with the demands of time. The building itself, however, started to show the inevitable signs of time and was partly renovated in 2001. In 2008 and 2009, the Hotel experienced a complete makeover and got a totally modified internal and external look. Its warm sunny colours reflect our new slogan »stories from the fields of grain«. From June 2009, the Hotel guests can enjoy in a new and modern wellness centre »Sky Garden«.
